frevo.tools provides practical utilities and file converters. Many tools run only in your browser. Some converters (for example DOCX → PDF) need server-side engines and temporarily process your file on our infrastructure. We do not require an account.
Data processed in your browser
Values you type into local tools (for example CPF/CNPJ numbers) and files you convert with local converters (images, many PDF tools) stay on your device for that work. They are not uploaded as part of how those tools work.
Files processed on our servers
Cloud converters upload your file to our VPS only to run the conversion (for example LibreOffice for DOCX → PDF). We store input and output temporarily, capped at 500 MB per file, and delete them automatically after about 15 minutes. Downloads require a private job token (not a public share link). We may keep short technical logs (time, IP, file size/hash, job status) for abuse prevention, then discard them. Do not upload files you are not allowed to process.
Cookies and local storage
We may store a language preference in local storage. Hosting and analytics providers may set technical cookies needed to deliver the site. If we add advertising (for example Google AdSense), ad partners may set cookies according to their own policies.
Future advertising
If ads are enabled later, third-party networks may collect data such as approximate location, device type, and cookie identifiers to show and measure ads. You can manage ad preferences through your browser settings and the relevant ad network controls.
