Which email clients support this signature?
Inline styles and simple table markup work reliably across Gmail, Outlook (desktop and web), and Apple Mail. Very old Outlook desktop versions render tables most reliably, which is why this generator avoids CSS features like flexbox or grid.
How do I add this to Gmail or Outlook?
Copy the HTML, then paste it into your email client’s signature editor (Settings → Signature in Gmail, or Settings → Mail → Signatures in Outlook). Pasting keeps the formatting because it copies rendered HTML, not raw code.
Is my information sent anywhere?
Fields stay in your browser. If you enable a logo from the website, your browser loads that image from a public icon service (or your custom URL) — the same way any webpage loads an image.
Will the company logo always look good?
Not always. Auto logos are typically the site favicon at higher resolution — fine for many brands, weak for others. For a crisp logo, paste a direct image URL. Some mail apps also hide remote images until the recipient allows them.
